      Co-developed proprietary software that found solutions to the “knapsack problem”, and optimized monthly boxes to include a set of products that fit internal criteria and, most importantly, that matched customized customer profiles to send the right products at the right time. Co-led the efforts to pivot from a sample-size product based box to a full-sized product based box. This included negotiation with box manufacturing companies, developing a new sales pitch to brands, and making sure the software was able to handle the transition. Developed the idea of bluum choice that allowed customers to choose their products from the product catalog rather than receiving a “surprise box”. The idea came from looking at qualitative data, talking to customers, and the desire to turn it into a valuable feature with the customer in mind. Co-developed an inventory management system that allowed the software to better handle inventory for curation. Co-developed a forecasting system that allowed the company to order products at more accurate amounts. Designed the layout and features for an analytical dashboard where brands were able to read quantitative and qualitative feedback from customers who received their products. Developed processes and protocols for the customer success team to ensure customers received the best service. Spearheaded the implementation of Salesforce for the sales team to work smarter rather than harder. Assisted with the strategy, marketing, and launch of the bluum app. Managed and marketed the online bluum shop. This allowed subscribers to purchase additional units of products found in their monthly box, while also discovering new products not included in the boxes. Within the first six months it had a sales growth rate of 900%. Developed the idea of bluum express. This allowed first-time customers to expedite their first box for a fee.
