As part of this project, a pedestrian bridge is proposed to link from Platform 10 to Platform 1 to provide easy access for commuters between platforms. To facilitate the construction of the new pedestrian bridge, the current assets require modification and relocation. As part of these works, overhead wiring (OHW) modifications have been identified as early work. A key element in completing and executing the design requires that the Alliance carryout a detailed site investigation and structural condition assessment of all existing OHW structure locations within the boundaries of the Works.
