  Whilst managing a small team and looking after customer issues and complaints, Joseph is the nominated responsible person for the companies ISO 9001:2015 certification. Although not in the role any length of time, achievements so far include having recently led the company through a recertification audit with no major non-conformities as well as developing the company’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) by migrating a paper based system to the cloud, thus making the QMS available at point of use within all departments.
