Overseeing all aspects of ministry and program development for children, birth to 18, I am very passionate about the next generation. I am gifted and driven by the ability and opportunity to develop staff who will in turn build into the ministry. More so, I love to pastor and shepherd the church to catch the vision and run in ownership of that vision in discipling the next generation to know and love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength. As a result I have seen ChristChurch's Next Gen ministry flourish as we continue to develop the ministry into the largest ministry in the church with a nearly 2 adult to one child ratio.

I spent the majority of my time "walking with kids through life" living in skid row of downtown Los Angeles. Through the use of an after school program based out of a local church in the community, I made intentional effort to assist kids and their families with every day life issues, but most important, sharing the love of Jesus Christ.
