I had the privilege to report to Joe while he served as the National Sales Director at Outward Bound. He was an exceptional leader who maintained a business focus while looking after his employees. He maintained close watch on metrics to prioritize areas of concern without losing himself in minutia. Joe led his team toward meeting or exceeding sales goals on a consistent basis, bringing the organization very successful returns. He brought knowledge, structure, good humor, and dedication to work with him. Joe will prove an asset to any employer that is lucky enough to have him, and I recommend him without reservation.

When joining a new company it's rare for someone to hit the ground running, during a period of growth and change, but Joe did just that. I reported directly to Joe during his time at Thinkful. He joined the team shortly after Thinkful acquired Bloc and quickly identified key areas of opportunity to grow both brands. He not only improved the workflow for our admission advisors by unifying Thinkful and Bloc's CRMs but also hired top-performing advisors and created an admissions process that increased productivity. My experience with Joe as my manager was nothing short of stellar. He provided guidance, constructive feedback, motivation, and training to ensure my success and the success of my reps. It was clear from the beginning that he was invested in everyone's success and growth at Thinkful and built strong relationships with everyone on the team. Joe would be a great fit at any company that is looking to improve its sales/admissions team though hands-on, tactical and motivational leadership.
