Josephine Gunawan happens to be my coursemate at Monash University. I interact with her regularly, especially during team-work, and she is an excellent person to work with. Josephine is a dedicated young woman who is very keen to improve her knowledge and skills. I also analysed the retrospective data and designed prospective studies to measure the effectiveness of SIRKA's programme. I enjoyed collaborating with other employees with non-medical degree backgrounds, in particular product designers, UX designers, data analysts and marketers. I have been able to work independently during data analyses and interpretation with direct supervision from A/Prof Chi Luu, as well as cooperate with the clinical trial coordinator. Moreover, I learned how to use multi-modal imaging and Heyex software as tools to diagnose eye diseases.
