Josephine takes that extra time and care that makes all the difference in this industry. She takes on board your personality, as well as your skill set, to match you with potential careers - not just a job. I can heartily recommend Josephine; she has a great future in recruitment.

Engerati was a media house and marketing agency specialising in new energy innovation and technology. As a subject matter I do not specialise in, this role required me to rapidly adapt to demanding and technical content. As part of my role, I regularly interviewed subject matter experts, liaised with clients and produced marketing storyboards. I also led our social media strategy, managed the article publication and assignment schedules, and hosted webinars in addition to my core responsibility of article production. Towards the end of my time at Engerati, I also co-lead podcast production. Unfortunately, all staff were made redundant in September 2018. Show less

One of my biggest achievements whilst at Machinima SBOC involved co-ordinating and managing the volunteer force at the very first Machinima SBOC Experience at MCM Comic Con London 2017, the biggest pop culture convention in the UK involving some of the leading developers and brands within the industry. At the event, we partnered with leading brands in pop culture such as Lootcrate, Manga, Koei Tecmo and Warner Brothers with their game, Injustice 2. In the build-up for the event, I was a key liaison between our CEO and many of our partners, building relationships and negotiating terms in preparation for the groundbreaking event, which contributed to our stands election as the best on site at the event.Other responsibilities included:Developing marketing and brand strategiesCreating and structuring internal affairsProduction of crucial documents Line managing staff, occasionally in other departmentsOrganising events and meetings and producing the necessary presentationsDelegating and designating roles Show less

I began at Meet shortly after the completion of my studies as a Resourcer, and after asuccessful four months was promoted to a Consultant. As well as client liaison, telecommunicationsand internal team communications, this role required a high degree of organisation and quickadaptation to key platforms. In my time at Meet I spearheaded several initiatives regarding LinkedIn optimisation and internal communications.

At the Jupital, I was required to post two articles per week - initially as part of the Travel team, then Arts and Politics, working diligently to a firm timeline and liaising with other key contacts in the team. The Jupital are proudly dedicated to the production and distribution of accurate, productive and positive insights, and thus every article was supported by key opinion leaders and contacts, press releases and extensive research.
