  URANIUM – Twisting the Dragon’s Tail is produced by Emmy Award-wining Australian science television specialists Genepool Productions, for SBS Australia, PBS America, and ZDF/Arte (France/Germany). The series was filmed in 2014-2015 across England, France, Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, the United States, Japan and Australia. Role included development - sourcing key talent and stories, budgeting and scheduling. Field producing - traveling with crew on 8 week international crew shooting in locations including Paris, Berlin, Chernobyl, Fukushima, New Mexico, New York, San Francisco, Kakadu, Hiroshima. On location shooting press stills, second camera and time-lapse, acting as focus puller and general coordination including being one of the main drivers. Post Production - managed post production and delivery of 9 different versions. Managed budget and schedule. Publicity and Release - managed highly successful release including press kits, media releases and social media strategy. 'Uranium' achieved a social media reach of over 7.5 million combined views on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. In Australia, the broadcasts of all three episodes of the program trended as top 5 twitter hashtags nationally in Australia (Episode 1 trended #3, the second highest TV show on twitter just behind ‘The Voice’) and more than doubled the younger audience for that timeslot.
