  Als adviseur bij Kunstloc Brabant wil ik cultuur voor iedereen mogelijk maken. Eigenlijk zou ik zelfs willen dat cultuur een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel is in ieders leven. Wat daar in ieder geval voor nodig is: lagere drempels voor cultuurdeelname en een vitaal en veerkrachtig cultureel veld. Ik help makers en organisaties toegang te vinden tot financiële middelen (o.a. Impulsgelden subsidie en kennisvouchers), help jonge talentvolle makers op weg met hun ontwikkelplan (loopbaananalyse Talenthub programma), organiseer kennisbijeenkomsten over cultuurparticipatie en ik ondersteun lokale adviseurs die in hun eigen regio cultuurparticipatie ondersteunen. Daarnaast ben ik projectcoördinator Sociale Opgaven. Dit project richt zich op de samenwerking tussen sociaal domein, zorg en cultuur in Brabant. Vernieuwing en krachtenbundeling kunnen helpen om de culturele sector in Zeeland wendbaar en weerbaar te houden. Provincie Zeeland en de 13 Zeeuwse gemeenten willen deze ontwikkeling versnellen met behulp van de regeling ‘Samen in zee’.
