I had the privilege of working with Josephine on a large, complex design and construction project for Merck Sharp and Dohme from 1991-1994. Josephine was a powerhouse - as my office manager , she consistently contributed beyond her job description. She quickly earned a reputation as someone who makes things happen with incredible energy and productivity. She handled a huge workload with apparent ease and took the initiative to continually improve her work processes to make them simpler and better. I have remained friends with Josephine for the past 20+ years and am so impressed to see how her education and career have progressed - she has worked hard and has earned her outstanding reputation.
