Recruitment and Assessment: •Performs the searching, screening and selection processes through reliable performance systems and profiling tool to ensure skills and culture fit of each candidate. •Accurately interpret clients’ specification and identify suitable through effective Job Matching. •Interview applicants within guidelines. Resume Send Out/Candidate Endorsements: •Prepare the resume of the candidates and put it forward by presenting to clients and sell it for interview. •Ensure accurate and complete records on all candidates. •Ensure all candidate information and all relevant paper works is completed accurately and efficiently. •Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the applicant. •Communicate all requirements of the jobs to the applicants. •Be involved in salary negotiation by preparing candidates remuneration and expectations. •Conduct reference check. •Follow up all placements, develop and maintain good relationship with applicants to ensure loyalty. •Send special thanks or congratulation card or letter within 1 week of the successful placements. Candidate Database Management •Maintain Accurate Weekly figures required by the Recruitment and Business Development Head •Keeps abreast on IT Technology and trends. Candidate Management: •Make sure that all candidates are properly managed specially in coordinating interview schedules with the client to avoid no show status of the candidates. Show less
