  I collaborated with other Journalist heads in reviewing 20+ applicants, conducting interviews, and devising a Focus Group Discussion when recruitment was open. I also aided newsletter article revision by proofreading and giving comprehensive and applicable feedback to Journalist members, resulting in 10+ newsletter articles across 5+ issues that are of a higher quality and appeal more to the target audience.

For the newsletter, I brainstormed and suggested article ideas related to the month’s newsletter theme with other members and the heads. In total, I wrote 4+ engaging, interesting, and high-quality newsletter and website articles in English and Indonesian based on reliable sources alongside consistently contributing to writing persuasive mini media reviews, resulting in my promotion to Co-Head of Journalists in June 2022.
