Because of the special nature and importance of the Innovation Authority position, I served as a supervisor in this aspect. His abilities and skills were consistent throughout the entire amount of time I have known him. Joe is not only a disciplined professional; he is a team player and gets along well with everyone. Joe shows mature and moral character by working to earn and keep the trust of co-workers, customers and external entities we deal and have dealt with in our business universe – which was quite vast.
