Joe never ceases to amaze me with his unparalleled work ethic, ability to apply creative solutions to challenges and capacity to transform organizational systems. He is adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels and building authentic partnerships – from advising students to fostering employer relationships to delivering presentations to national audiences – Joe brings knowledge, passion and an accessibility to all of his work. In the four years that I have known Joe, I have seen countless examples of his aptitude for asking just the right question needed to hone in on what’s important and then engage in robust dialogue to arrive at the best resolution.
