As a Regional Recruiting Manager, I oversee all officer recruiting activities in Nebraska and eastern South Dakota. My duties encompass a vast number of areas including direct sales/recruiting, marketing, social media management, logistical planning and coordination, event planning, and budgeting. I spend a lot of time on college campuses connecting with administrators, educators, and most importantly, students. Manager, Talent Retention Programs
-
Jun 2014 - Jun 2017
During my time at Headquarters Marine Corps I managed 5 programs simultaneously. All of these programs revolved around the retention and separation of junior officers across the Marine Corps. Half of my duties were customer service focused; the organization I ran was the single point of contact for questions and service for junior officers separating from the Marine Corps. The other half was focused on analytics and policy development. We were part of a larger organization dedicated to building workforce needs/projections for the Marine Corps, as well as developing policies to achieve those needs.
