The company has served clients including E Funds (Raised Funds), Disneyland Resort Shanghai, Mead Johnsonand and Haichang Ocean Park, recruiting Telephone CSR, team leaders and project managers for telephone customer services in call centres. Details: ・Collecting and analysing recruiting demands from projects; ・Maintaining and expanding recruiting channels, operating recruitment on job seeking websites and campus roadshows; ・Performing job analysis for staffing of teams in my responsibilities; ・Searching for CVs of candidates on online-providers including 51job, Zhilian and BOSS Zhipin; ・Contacting candidates that never submit his/her CV, recommending vacants in the company; ・Inviting candidates to interviews and assisting project managers for the 1st and 2nd interview; ・Analysing and summarizing recruiting data, compiling reports for recruiting; ・Coordinating resources from various departments, handling employee relationship affairs; ・Reporting to and working with managers of Human Resources Development and projects, at least weekly, with recruitment data and issues. Left for: Spending considerable time everyday on searching CVs and recommending vacants to candidates by telephone, in my opinion, my role was more like telephone marketing. Since Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits was managed by different teams, I did not have a chance to engage other human resource modules, though I would like to have a wider scope with other modules.
