I worked as 1 of 8 Residential Advisors (RA) at Clearwater Christian College. The RAs oversaw 250-300 male students and reported directly to the Resident Director (RD) of male students. I worked in overseeing approximately 50 students in the male dormitories. My responsibilities included but were not limited to: remodeling interior and exterior of buildings, painting, removing carpets, mixing and pouring cement, installing windows and doors, purchasing and moving lumber, and decking.
