  1. Assist the Project Manager in keeping the work Accident- free by aiding in organizing the safety and health Program. 2. Assumes those Guards and Personal protective devices are properly used. 3. Assists on job layout and recommend methods to minimize or eliminate Hazards 4. Identifies and provides training to supervision and specialty trade. 5. Ensures implementation of the workers’/staff’s compliance to all safety policies, practices and standards. 6. Conducts daily Toolbox Meeting. 7. Secures and ensures the availability of work permits. 8. Conducts daily inspection of the site, work area, tools and equipment prior to work and ensures that all working access are safe and in good working conditions. 9. Reports all unsafe conditions and acts and recommends preventive or corrective actions. 10. Records, investigates and prepares Incident Reports. Determine cause(s) of incident(s) and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
