I have worked with Joe Villani for twenty years at USG. He was my supervisor in the electrical department for seven of those years, before being promoted to the technology department. Always thorough, Joe went above and beyond to ensure that all jobs were done correctly and safely every time. He had excellent communication skills and job knowledge, which he willingly shared with anyone who needed his help. He led by example. Even after leaving the electrical department, he was always willing to update prints, assist with any electrical issues that arose plant wide or help in any way he could. The success of the company was always Joe’s top priority and it showed in his work. Any employer would be lucky to have someone like Joe working for them.

Joseph was a very hard worker. His attention to detail and work ethic were unmatched in the time that I worked with him. He is always open to learning new skills and absorbs technical knowledge like a sponge. I would highly recommend Joseph to any prospective employer.
