Upstream/Fermentation (MA II) ● In this position, I was tasked with the aseptic thawing of working cell banks. ● The set up and monitoring of C02/02 incubators, single use as well as reusable bioreactors and the cleaning of the aforementioned equipment. ● The use of automated systems in manufacturing operations such as passages, media fills, and bulk transfers ● Routine sample collection and analysis as well as inventory management using LIMS software.
