Oversees enforcement of security procedures relevant to Controlled and Protection Level restricted areas within USSTRATCOM Headquarters; a critical nuclear facility housing the Underground Command, Joint Intelligence, and Joint Coordination Center, including 32 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities. Initial on-scene commander for all security incidents affecting the Headquarters complex. Coordinated security and honors details for visiting dignitaries including high-ranking United States and foreign military and civilian leaders. Provided command and control through a communications hub containing the Motorola Centracom base stations radio, ITT3100 attendant console, Executive Intercom System, and USSTRATCOM multi-line secure voice network. Implements the Security Reporting and Alerting System and actions directed by Threat Condition Alerting Messages.
