I met Joseph while attending General Assembly’s Web Development Immersive program, and from the very beginning it was apparent he had a very bright personality and an eagerness to learn. Joseph was the first person I connected with during our time at GA, and together we worked through difficult problems while learning web development. It quickly became apparent that Joseph was the person to have on your team. Joseph makes use of his calculated thought process and background in philosophy to propose unique solutions that help tackle tough problems. Another aspect that makes Joseph a valuable team member is his ability to help others learn. Joseph has a very inviting and encouraging way of letting others feel heard, as well as impeccable abilities to explain complex concepts in ways that are easy to understand. One of the things that I admire most about Joseph is that despite the demanding schedule of our program, he still found time to volunteer at local charity events in his community. His dedication to helping others and the creative solutions he brings to the table make Joseph not only a valuable asset to any company, but a rad human being and great friend as well.
