Responsible for Opening Glenmorgan Bar and Grill after being closed for 7 months due to Covid-19. Duties included retraining staff on Covid-19 policies and procedures, updated beverage offerings, instituted new inventory management procedure to tighten controls and products offered. I also reworked the restaurant floor plan, and instituted tools in order to encourage manager skill improvement and increased independence.
