We use four different lenders to make sure we have a product that meets all of our client’s needs. One of these lenders is a Fortune 100 company, which offers some of the best rates in the business. This way you get the best rates from a big lender, but the customer service of a local, customer service-based company. At Central Source Mortgage, we can do all types of purchases or refinancing loans. We offer Conventional loans with as little as 3% down, VA, FHA, and USDA loans. We also offer a cutting-edge product which is our new conventional rehab loan called Homestyle. With this product, you can purchase a home and make repairs or renovations, with less hassle, and interest rates that are only .25% more in rate than a traditional conventional loan. We also specialize in hard-to-do loans. These loans may require additional documentation, credit support, or detailed tax analysis, to name a few. One of our owners is a CPA. He can read tax returns for business owners and we qualify many clients who have been turned down elsewhere. I specialize in VA loans. I have served in the Oregon Army National Guard for over 16 years. I am able to cut through red tape for current soldiers, that most lenders cannot.
