      Here at Racal Harrow I am responsible for the management of and performance of Health & Safety, and the Environmental aspects/impacts across the site, ensuring compliance and continuation of accreditations. I also manage the performance, budget and service delivery of our Facilities Department, My FM work involves management of both hard and soft services through a combination of an in house facilities team and external contactors, I have a broad range of knowledge and experience in building maintenance and repairs I am hands on when required and mentor the less experienced team members in both the practical and administrative elements of the job. In my time here I have designed and/or managed multiple building improvements, modifications and Office moves ranging from a few thousand pounds up to £1m.       My role at Oasis/The Sanctuary TV included all aspects of building management repair and maintenance, operational systems as well as infrastructure. In my role as FM I was involved in a £2m refurbishment and rewire of our technical systems and machine room, a £45k refurbishment of our reception area, £30k upgrade to some of our suites plus lots of smaller projects such as the addition of a massage suite and bar area for our clients. My main role was to ensure that all building services such as the lifts, air-conditioning and ventilation and emergency systems were all maintained. I was also responsible for the cleaners, contractors, contract procurement and management, layout and design of refurbished areas, communication systems, health and safety, security, client hospitality and ensuring that the building as a whole was well presented at all times.
