Joseph was a huge asset to our team. He stayed on top of changes with the StemCyte product line and studied the competition to be able to truly listen and answer questions prospects had. Our industry was very competitive. Joseph had a great closing ratio by selling in a way prospects felt they weren't being sold to, became customers, and a lot of times up sold themselves.
