Following the closure of UK Universities in March 2020, I spent the following few months keeping myself busy by taking up a role in the catering department at Castle Hill Hospital, Hull. The role included taking sole responsibility for managing and preparing the food and drinks for a whole ward, including ICU and Covid wards.
