Recruited and Trained all musicians and singers to foster growth and diversity of the organization in support of the corporate and spiritual vision of the organization. These training methods remain in place currently. Charged with creative direction and oversight of the creative team to improve the public appeal and effective draw of the organization in connection with all other departments of the organization. Active participant in seasonal theatrical productions for different outreach seasons. Trained and Presented two three competitive youth choirs and one youth vocal ensemble all of whom placed in the top two of their respective division at Alabama State Fine Arts Festival for Alabama Youth Ministries of the Assemblies of God. Each of these groups went on to place Superior rankings at the National Fine Arts Festival for the Assemblies of God Youth Ministries. Trained and Directed the 2015 Alabama Youth Ministries All - State Choir.
