I will go to the homeowner's property, inspect the crawl space, locate the problems causing the concerns, and create a customized solution. It is my job to educate homeowners on the science and nature of their concerns and to show how our solutions will deliver the benefits they are looking for. Homeowners decide to use me to relieve their concerns because of my:1. Thorough education process. I will go out of my way to ensure that every homeowner if fully educated on the crawlspace so they can make the best decision for themselves and their families.2. Smooth closing process. My closes are seamless within my presentation. My closes are solution-oriented and bring the homeowner to a yes or no decision. I typically close between 3-5 times at the in-home presentation. My closing percentage is in the 40-50% range month in and month out.3. Enthusiastic follow-up. My job is to bring prospects to a yes or no decision. Homeowners appreciate that I follow up with them multiple times after the initial meeting to answer any further questions and get to a decision. I follow up 3-5 times with 3-4 days between follow-up calls.4. Customer support and responsiveness. All of the homeowners that I have had the pleasure of servicing know that they can reach out to me for answers or support, and get a timely response. 5. Enthusiasm and expertise. I love what I do, and I love talking about my area of expertise.
