At very short notice, Joe created a beautiful 3D rendering of our ship design from a 2D General Arrangement. He needed minimal instruction and suggested improvements which meant that we could include the image in a high profile presentation. We will definitely be asking for Joe’s help on our next project, including his skills with 3D printing!

Having directly worked with Joe on projects as a director and a line manager I can attest to the extremely high skill level and competence Joe has across the various fields in which he works. From Blender for 3D modelling to Unreal and Unity for interactive development utilising C++ and C# Joe has shown an extreme competence across both modelling, programming and coding but most crucially is a brilliant problem solver able to fully bring his mind to bear once set to task. Joe has a high level of initiative and is more than capable of working independently with little input whilst also able to work effectively with a team whilst being able to follow directions and feedback. An absolute gentleman who is punctual, polite and with a brilliantly wicked sense of humour. Joe is an excellent employee and amazing creative practitioner who has been a massive benefit to our team.       I have spent the last 6 months working at Cintel I have been spending my time at Cintel working on a unreal game as well as working on 3d models for different clients. We had a job to design a interactable Webgl program to display a Computer for a company where my job was to work on the different shaders in Unity's shader graph. We had regular team meetings to ensure programme development and delivery targets were met. We had multiple tasks so I needed to use time management to ensure targets were met. Show less

      I created the animation for a music video for a new music company to use as a pitch. given the fact I only had a month to get the work done, Since working on previous jobs I have developed an efficient workflow for getting animations done. I used Toon Boom rigging and blender compositing to do the more complicated parts of the animation and save on time. I was able to blend the 3d and 2d animation seriously so that the average viewer cannot tell the two apart. The Character's faces are rigged, I created a front face rig and a side face rig.
