Creating bespoke tables for a myriad of customers for even more varied uses. From idea conception meeting with clients right through to the delivery of the finished product each client had individual design needs which were catered for accordingly. Material sourcing and marketing proved to be crucial in order to offer competitively priced pieces to a large customer base. Each piece would be hand crafted, carved and painted based on the concept agreed in the initial meeting, and varying on the size and intricacies of each design a mutually acceptable deadline was implemented. Each piece was and is truly individual and such an attribute proved to be very popular. Administrative based role working alongside all departments of the company enabling the organisation to maintain efficiency. Managing the meeting schedule, controlling the buildings email account, respond to all internal and external inquiries and ensure all staff are up to date with the relevant daily plans; along with general meeting and greeting of colleagues and outside contractors when they arrive in reception. As part of the role organizing and forwarding the incoming and outgoing post for the company and keeping the other regional offices updated, was a key aspect whilst being available to the various departments to cover any roles when they are under manned. The ability to co-ordinate such a variety of tasks and roles proved to be integral during the time as this enabled the smooth transition of office move and Grand Central Birmingham's opening to continue on schedule.
