Joe and I have worked together for over two years and from day one his excellent work ethic was evident. He is one of the most dedicated and hard working people I have had the pleasure to work with. He has very high standards for the quality of work he produces, and seldom compromises those standards. He is the kind of person you always want to team up with for a project as your efficiency and output quality as a team will only go up, never down. He has an expansive breath of knowledge in a myriad of technical areas, from 3D design and performance optimization to complex algorithm problem solving, and is readily willing help you solve a problem, big or small. He is constantly working to learn more and surpass benchmarks, which has lend to him being arguably the most knowledgeable developer in all of Canada for the Unity 3D Game Development Engine. He is also great fun to be around. He is one of the funniest guys I have ever worked with, and can manage to get a laugh from out of anyone even when the pressure is on. Regardless where he works, Joe will be a standout amongst his peers.

He is technically astute, diligent and creative. His unending drive for knowledge has made him a life-long student who always spends extra time imparting all the knowledge he has learned towards the benefit of others. He has helped me with many questions I had about different technologies and project elements and did so with clarity and consideration. He strongly practices going the extra mile to get the job done – even developing his own tools and processes to do it.
