Carry out comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents (as required) to inform person centred care plans. Assist with orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development of staff. Assist the Services Manager and/or Care Manager in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards. Foster a values-driven, safe employment environment that attracts engages and retains skilled employees and volunteers. Set objectives and prioritise tasks, ensuring objectives are tied to overall business strategy. Delegate and follow up in a motivating way, achieving results through others. Coach and develop staffs to achieving success. Assess and improve performance through performance appraisals, development talks, feedback and learning.
