  Remote Driver Recruiter: I conduct prescreening and hiring of Class A drivers for local, regional and over the road divisions nationwide.   Log Auditor: As the sole company log book auditor I oversee all aspects of the hours of service program. I am responsible for monitoring, auditing, trouble shooting and reporting of 300 plus driver log book entries on a daily basis. I coordinate and schedule training for all new drivers on People Net electronic log system. I monitor all current drivers hours of service and audit for violations and make corrections where needed. I provide counseling for those drivers with recurring errors and violations. I issue write ups and place consistent violators on probation and retrain where necessary.
