Remember the old John Houseman commericals about making money the old fashion way, we earn it. Well, that's Joe view on this business. Our (his) clients respect him because he earned that respect by hard work and being honest. Same with the employees, he's earned that respect.

In 2005, I co-founded the Patrona Corporation and have been responsible for our continued growth and development. We have achieved this through winning both prime and subcontracts supporting the U.S. Navy, specifically Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). By determining potential contract opportunities, analyzing our competitors, and streamlining the proposal process, I have been able to help maximize the growth of the company. As a result, we have built a strong reputation and developed solid relationships with our government customers, enabling us to hire key employees who are integral in the growth of the company and differentiate us from our competition.

I was the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC). In this role, I directed initiatives related to competitive growth within the Advanced Material and Manufacturing (AMM) program and provided guidance in capture management throughout the company. Specifically, I lead the AMM Strategic Business Area (SBA), which delivered $30 million in awards during FY 06. As a result, I was able to help grow CTCs presence within the US Navy and Washington DC. I was the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC). I was the Vice President of the In-Service Submarine Sector at Perot Systems. I was responsible for the oversight of the $392 million SEA07 Omnibus contract for In-Service Submarine programs, which included 89 Perot Systems employees and 22 subcontracting companies/consultants. Due to outstanding contract performance evaluations and aggressive salesmanship, I was able to lead the effort that secured $7 million of additional revenue above expectations for Perot Systems in 2003. This led me to be given responsibility of operations and business development for both the Norfolk and Hawaii offices in January 2004.
