  I proof and return many black lined dwgs for red lining. Approving drawings for tenant improvements was one of my roles with IRC & RPAI Inc. Drawing vacant LODs for prospective tenants, negotiating p/sf prices, especially 2009 when I lost Borders, LnT, Old Navy went to 15k prototype, backfilling big boxes, Lucas Liquors; cutting 10k SF from existing 25k SF leaves but a short storefront bowling alley difficult to find a prospective tenant. I filled them all! 67 stand alone projects, late once, Hardee’s Homewood, AL. Health department wasn’t friends with the regional VP which made all 27 in Alabama difficult. Fastest in Alabama also! Operations quit asking for one early post that 3 item punch list. Love this work, would spend 16/18 hours a day in the office until I developed health problems in 2015. I have been improving. Consulted on Green Bay for a few years, been running my sole proprietorship Home Improvement company here in Westwisconsin and EStMN. I cannot keep up. Thank you so much for your time.
