Joe is a positive and intelligent individual who combines a natural flair for innovative thinking and a strong work ethic. One of Joe’s strongest attributes is his general attitude. He is extremely enthusiastic and positive, not just in a work environment, but socially as well. He fitted into the team and department with ease and has developed a good rapport with colleagues and customers. He has excellent research and report writing skills and is developing a strong understanding of the strands of the Planning world. I am sure that Joe will be a success in any career path he chooses to take in the future.

Joe is a really positive person and is very easy to work with. When I was undertaking housing supply work for FBC, Joe helped me immeasurably by supplying me with accurate housing data, research work and lots of answers to my questions. Joe's knowledge and skills in policy planning are progressing very well indeed.
