      I work with a team of other instructors to split the curious newcomers or more advanced snowboarders looking for more help into a reasonable number of people per lesson. I work with young children who came with their schools or parents, to adults looking for a new hobby. Throughout the lessons I have to balance the amount of fun free riding with actual lessons to keep everyone engaged on the fly.       I worked with a team at a fast pace keeping up with all the turning tables while holding full trays of glass, plates, and food. Whenever approached by a guest I would help them to the best of my ability and when I had time to help co workers I would help run food out to the tables and take drink orders. I achieved "100% Guest Delight" Award for my customer service skills.
