  I work with a team of other instructors to split the curious newcomers or more advanced snowboarders looking for more help into a reasonable number of people per lesson. I work with young children who came with their schools or parents, to adults looking for a new hobby. Throughout the lessons I have to balance the amount of fun free riding with actual lessons to keep everyone engaged on the fly. Learning is important, but everyone is there to have fun On the occasion I would do private lessons for those who requested me because they enjoyed their time. Show less

Whenever approached by a guest I would help them to the best of my ability and when I had time to help co workers I would help run food out to the tables and take drink orders.
