    • Line Cook
      • Jul 2005 - Feb 2007

As a line cook, I was given the responsibilities of running stations by myself that normally took two people to run. Stations were to include salads/sandwiches, fry, sauté, and the grill. In charge of morning prep, setting up stations to start off the lunch rush. Worked in the front of the house. Hostess and serving. Customer service plays a huge part in the restaurant industry and I wanted to contribute as much as I could to the companies that I work for.
