Joseph is a great fit for a company's IT department and a very good desktop PC technician. Joseph currently is working very hard during the past year. He works overtime if needed and provides much customer service. His 5 years spent at Curvature(formerly named Network Hardware Resale) was a very effective experience starting with accessories work and ultimately performing desktop PC support. He knows alot of hardware details, he knows how to work with other computer technicians, and knows how to technically help company employees with their requests. I liked working with Joseph and he helped me alot with numerous employee endeavors(new hires, refreshes, equipment arrivals, tickets, etc.). Joseph is worth hiring for a new IT Support Position.

As in any construction area mindfulness, cleanliness, and efficiency are key. When working 20 to 30ft in the air, a careful and well maintained work area is neccesary due to the small workspace available. Tools needed to be placed in careful locations, care in making trips up and down ladders for the team needed purpose in each trip, use of tools and cleaning up after each use were key, and finally, there was never a good reason to stand around and do nothing.
