• Responsible for the alignment and oversight of the installation, expansion, commercialization, and maintenance programs for communications networks in the Main Headquarters at Shaw Air Force Base, SC and for Army networks across Southwest Asia. • Responsible for oversight over the communications support to Operational Plans and Contingency planning, Cyber Compliance under the Risk Management Framework, Help Desk Operations, Configuration and Change Management, Frequency/Spectrum Management, Data/Network Encryption Management, Classified and Unclassified Mobility Device Program, Technology Refresh and new projects. • Responsibilities included oversight over the proper alignment, programming, and obligation of an annual budget of $250M supporting Army networks on installations located in Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, and Afghanistan.• Responsible for the day-to-day IT services support to the main headquarters and forward headquarters in Kuwait supporting over 1200 users between both locations operating over classified, unclassified and coalition networks.
