I have worked with Joe Kelzer on a number of productions including music festivals. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable of all things related to entertainment lighting. On-site I have never seen a problem Joe couldn't fix, from malfunctioning fixtures, to consoles crashing Joe can fix anything! Joe is also incredibly capable as a designer, punting shows on the fly or with weeks to prep he puts together top notch shows, even with minimalist rigs. He is capable of bringing humor and levity to stressful moments. Leads crews of pros, or volunteers with great efficiency!
