  I have always had a desire to help, support and care for our most vulnerable individuals in society. I have worked in the Social Care sector for the past 8 years where I progressed from a Support Worker, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Regional Manager to my final role as a Senior Operations Manager. During my time in care, I decided to enrol in university where I graduated in Health and Social Care obtaining my bachelor's degree. I also obtained my Level 5 in Leadership and Management in order to help support my career and future aspirations. There is no better feeling than achieving positive outcomes for our most vulnerable individuals and knowing that you were part of that journey. I have now started a new opportunity as a care Recruitment Consultant at Vetro Recruitment. This allows me to still continue to make a positive contribution by recruiting a passionate, skilled, workforce to support, empower and enable the most vulnerable people in society. I have worked across both adults and children's services working with learning difficulties, ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), MSI (Multi-Sensory impaired), EBD, (Emotional Behaviour Disorder) and complex health needs. I understand the challenges the social care sector faces, from budget cuts and a high recruitment need across all sectors. I understand the importance of supplying compliant best-fit candidates in order to hit the ground running to support consistency and promote continuity of care.
