I worked along side Joe as a helpdesk engineer for roughly a year and in that time I can truly say he is one of the best people I have ever worked with. His level of dedication and hard work to his job is not only breath taking it is inspirational. Joseph is highly adaptable to any situation and will always do his best to help you where he can. He is encouraging and supportive as a colleague with the addition of all the qualities to be a great leader. He has helped me personally in numerous situations which I probably would have struggled to get through if it wasn't for him, he was a great colleague but an even better person.
