Living in an era of information overload and easy availability of "Teachers" who mouth philosophies at drop of a hat, it is rare to find a "Guru" who guides without being prescriptive - and Dr. George is that rare individual. In the cacophony non-relevant advises, which get mistakenly called as "teaching", Dr. George's approach to learning comes in as a breath of fresh air! Dr. George stimulates an environment where learning happens at a different level of awareness. He gives space for personal experience and questions to emerge and at the same time, puts forth 1 or 2 succinct statements which may either lead to a deeper inquiry about the space from which the questions emerge or to a total suspension of that belief system. It has been over 3 years now that I attended his lecture, but I continue to mull and reflect over some the questions that he posed as a part of "Introduction to Organization Development" session. And each time, I possibly inch closer to an answer, I can hear his soft voice say, "Be with it!". Thank you, Dr. George, you have shown me the immense wisdom that lies on the other side of "not knowing"!

I started my interaction with JG while designing the Leadership Development and Assessment Centre at CA (India). I was quite impressed with his knowledge and his ability to articulate. I have felt, that an hour of focused interaction with him is like attending a short-term course in behavioural science. His experience in the industry as a leader in HR and Learning, coupled with his academic pursuit makes him a versatile advisor. His simple, straight demeanour also helps him in being a great influencer and a coach. He will remain as a go-to person for me!

Harrison Assessments™ help organizations worldwide hire, develop, promote, and retain top talent. Harrison Assessments™ unique, fully customizable, job analysis and integrated assessment technologies ensure optimum job fit and predict job success. The system effectively addresses selection, development, and succession needs to manage talent from front line to executive levels. As a Consultant of Harrison Assessments, I am able to provide individuals and organizations access to the Harrison Assessments Training System (HATS) and professionally review the assessment results. I find HA to be the sweet spot between science and art of human assessments. It also blends elegantly with emerging understanding of neurosciences, born as it was from the Gestalt construct of polarity and paradox, the front-runner to NLP. This enables phase transitions of my coachees and in more wholesome experience in service for client and me as service provider. Show less
