Let's see. How do I write this without it sounding like Joe paid me for these words below? I'm going to try anyway. Several core traits come to mind when I think of Joe. Number one is that he's always positive. I don't think this guy ever has a bad day. What a wonderful personality trait to possess when working with staff, prospective and existing customers. Next, Joe is a servant. And it shows in the way he sells. I take that back. He doesn't sell. He listens, and he takes note if his solution can be the right one for the customer. This servant-nature also manifests its ways elsewhere. If there's a project that needs to be done, Joe jumps in and leads the way or plays a supportive role. And, he's positive about it. I also admire and respect Joe's desire to learn. Each time I walk into his office, he's got a new book on his desk. This guy is a sponge for knowledge and wisdom. The cool part is that he's applying what's he's learning. I'm going to stop while I'm ahead. In short, this is the guy every CEO dreams of having on his/her senior leadership team. Sorry, you can't have him. Joe will soon be that positive guy building out his dream team of senior leaders. Joe, my life has been enriched through my association with you and your family. Keep going yard in all you do.
