Providing world class service in the most admired company in the world. As a shop-floor Specalist it was my responsbilty to find the best solution for every customer; by indentifying an individual's passion to make the best reccomendations of the right products. Or by helping a customer to get more hands on with their products, teaching them new things that inspire them to do more and to keep coming back to Apple. All whilst staying true to the credo and community work ethic.

Sales Advisor
-
Aug 2016 - Oct 2016
Part time position whilst studying at University full time. Here I was able to develop my skills in a new way; the constant business of the store I was based at meant that there were always customers to talk to, and I could develop my customer-service skills, rather than spend much of my time looking for customers in the first place. This role also opened me up to a "Help & Advice" role (rather than just sales), further expanding my ability to seek what a customer is looking for.

This position allowed me to develop my social skills to a degree that I had never been pushed toward before; the positive pressure of sales targets and deadlines pushed me to actively go out and find business, not just passively wait around for it to come to me; I was able to strike up conversations with total strangers and almost instantly gain a rapport with them. I gained experience on how to ask the right questions in order to get the perfect outcome.
