December 10, 2021 a devastating tornado hit my community in Western Kentucky. MSG Frimel arrived in Madisonville to assist with disaster relief efforts within 48 hours of our team opening an intake facility for donations. Prior to his arrival we had little to no processes in place to help operate our volunteer run facility. MSG Frimel came in volunteering his expertise and completely transformed our intake facility, providing us with processes, plans, avenues for communication, timelines and resources. The model that he created allowed up onboard over 300 volunteers, intake hundred of donation trucks and supply the community and region with needed supplies in a disaster. The processes he created provided avenues for communication with community and volunteer leaders as well as volunteers. We are forever grateful that he provided his expertise. These plans will be used again in future emergencies. I would highly recommend Joe Frimel for any position. Mr. Frimel has an incredible skillset including creating and defining operational models, strong leadership and relationship management skills, and planning, building and implementing programming.
