10 years ago when I first entered the doors of BLT and associates as an intern , I was mesmerized by the stories and tales I had heard about this magical photoshop whiz Joseph Escareno. They call him the "secret weapon" of BLT. Everybody respected and admired his photoshop technical skills and sense of detail, the ability to take an image to the next level of where the Creative Directors and clients visions truly meet. Two years later I got hired as a retoucher at BLT and had the honor to be trained and mentored by Joseph as a finisher .He was a great teacher.I felt like the most fortunate person in the whole world having the chance to learn from him.The magic was happening before my eyes and, I was absorbing all the tricks and technics he had showed me all these years we worked as a team.He is by far the best creative retoucher and finisher I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Beyond his incredible eye for detail,and endless palette of photoshop techniques and tricks. He has superior organizational skills. His file structure as well as his efficient time management skills makes him a valuable company asset and an expert on his profession. He truly inspired me and made me eager to do a great job, he taught me that you can always push a bit further finessing an image to make it feel more realistic and more alive.
