Joseph is the ELL Coordinator at Bridges PCS, and I met him almost 2 years ago when he hired me to work with him as an ELL teacher. Although our department is small, Joseph is determined for us to make a positive impact on the school. He is very interested in family outreach, and making sure that every family feels welcome when they walk in the door. Joseph is well liked and respected by his colleagues due to his flexibility, and hardworking attitude. He always makes himself available for any IEP, RTI, or impromptu parent meetings, especially when he is needed for his Spanish interpretation skills.
